As a recruitment agency, it’s important that Saragossa’s staff are able to focus on their day to day role and not be hampered by IT issues. There are also several regulatory issues facing recruitment companies which it is important to consider.

As part of the migration to AWS Rebura were required to resolve a number of issues with the way that Saragossa utilised their various files. At the time of migration each user stored files locally on their desktops and the files were not secure or backed up. Rebura dealt with the file issues in a number of ways by identifying core business files that required access from only the office and migrated them to a secure Windows File Server within AWS. During the migration we also took a single active directory setup and created multiple sites in AWS for redundancy.
